Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

RETURN PROCESS

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to our customer service team at info@mindclashgames.com. After contacting us, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. In case certain components are missing or damaged, please fill out our Replacements & Shipping form and we will provide you with replacement parts if possible.
